If you’re a certified paramedic who wants to become a
registered nurse, the paramedic–to–RN program at Morehead State will let you
earn your associate degree in nursing in as little as one year.
Coursework includes classes in mental health and advanced
nursing concepts, and classes are combined with hands-on lab assignments and
clinical assignments. You’ll get a well – rounded education that will prepare
you for a rewarding career in nursing.
Career opportunities exist in the following settings:
- Assisted living centers
- Hospitals
- Physicians’ offices
- Public health clinics
MSU’s paramedic–to–RN program has a selective admission
